Letter to the Managing Director of the IMF

I wrote this after the Pahalgam attacks, hoping to gather the Indian diaspora around one ask. The letter asks the IMF to tighten transparency around its May 2025 disbursement to Pakistan. I could not get it to the Director, so it sits here as drafted.
